Manga/manhwa with excellent aspects of story-telling, e.g., riveting plot, fantastic character development, good world-building, decent art etc... and/or an overall entertaining combi of the above.
Will judge the manga/manhwa based on whether i think it achieved the purpose for which it was written -- for example, a comedy should have great jokes and comedic timing, while wish-fulfilment, romance ones should have good character development and ability to evoke desired emotions, either via smart writing/art decisions.
Mostly relationship-based manga/manhwa (isekai/shoujo/josei/slice of life), less action-based.
